SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic pan-ERR agonist — active at the estrogen-related receptor family — studied as an exercise-mimetic in metabolic and mitochondrial research. It is supplied by NMChem as a research reference material.
Not a peptide
Worth stating plainly, because it changes how the documentation should be read: SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule, not a peptide. It has no amino-acid sequence, it is not made by solid-phase synthesis, and the characteristic peptide impurities — deletion sequences, truncations, a trifluoroacetate counterion — do not apply to it.
Consequently the analytical picture differs. There is no net-peptide-content correction to make, and identity confirmation rests on mass together with structural methods rather than on sequence. HPLC purity remains the standard purity measure and is subject to the same limitations as for any other compound — it is a relative area percentage at one wavelength under one method, as covered in what HPLC purity actually means. The general reading order in how to read a Certificate of Analysis applies unchanged.

Reconstitution
For peptides supplied as lyophilised powder, reconstitute in bacteriostatic water or sterile saline at the concentration appropriate to your protocol. Allow the vial to come to room temperature before opening, add solvent slowly down the inside wall (do not directly onto the powder), and gently invert until clear. Do not vortex.
Reconstituted solutions are typically stable at 2–8°C for the durations published in the corresponding peer-reviewed reference. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at −20°C; avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
