NMChem is a UK registered company. Orders are dispatched from our facility in the United Kingdom and delivered to qualifying institutional addresses worldwide where lawful.

Yes. Institutional buyers may request a pro forma invoice and pay by bank transfer. Please contact our team with a purchase order reference and a delivery address at the registered institution.

Shipping and delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the product on the outside. Tracking is provided by email once the parcel is dispatched.
Yes. Peptides and other temperature-sensitive compounds are packed with insulated mailers and gel packs, sized to the destination transit time.
Quality and documentation
Every product page links to the latest Certificate of Analysis. Historical batches are available on request from our COA database. Reference your batch number printed on the product label.
All compounds are analysed by HPLC for purity and Mass Spectrometry for identity confirmation. Selected products undergo additional testing including residual solvents and water content.
Yes. Independent third-party analysis is performed by UKAS accredited laboratories. We never rely on supplier-provided documentation alone.
