Welcome — how this community works

Welcome. This is a place for people using NMChem to compare notes, ask questions and show what they are actually doing. It is not a shop and it is not a support desk — it is the part of the site where members talk to each other.

The four sections

• Advice — ask a question and get answers. Routines, technique, what to do next, what you would change.
• Progress — post what you are working on. Before and after, milestones, the boring middle bit that nobody photographs.
• Community — long-form threads, write-ups, guides, and everything that does not fit the other three.
• Updates — announcements from us. Only the team can post here; anyone can reply.

Four rules, and the reasons for them

1. No medical or therapeutic claims about any compound. This is not us being precious. UK law restricts the advertising of unlicensed medicines, and it applies to what gets posted here as much as to anything we write ourselves. Describe what you did and what you observed. Do not tell anyone what a compound will do for them.
2. No fabricated results, and no pretending to be someone you are not. Publishing fake reviews or invented testimonials has been unlawful in the UK since the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. If you are a partner earning commission, say so when you post.
3. Be useful. A one-line answer that helps beats a thousand words that do not. If you disagree with someone, say why.
4. Nothing illegal. No sourcing requests for controlled substances, no offering to sell anything, no personal information about other people.

How posting works

Your community name is your account display name — the same account you use to order. Change it in your account settings and it changes here. You can add a picture and a short bio from your profile settings.

The editor takes headings, lists, quotes, links and images. Drag a photo straight into the body or use the picture button. Take your time: a proper write-up is worth more here than a quick post.

Moderation

Every thread and reply has a report option. Reports go to a queue we actually read. Posts that break the rules above get removed, and accounts that keep breaking them lose the ability to post.

If you think something was removed wrongly, say so — we would rather be corrected than be quietly wrong.
