Yes — £50, calculated on the basket subtotal before shipping. If your basket is below £50 the checkout will tell you exactly how much more you need to add.

We keep our prices as low as we can, which leaves very little margin on small orders. A £50 minimum is what makes it viable for us to pick, pack and ship every order properly — and it is what allows us to keep our prices where they are rather than raising them across the board.

UK standard delivery (2–3 working days) is £2.49 and free on orders over £50. As our minimum order value is £50, standard UK delivery is free on every order that reaches checkout. Express next-day delivery is £3.49. Europe is £9.99 (free over £100) and the rest of the world £20.00 (free over £200).

Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the product on the outside. Tracking is provided by email once the parcel is dispatched.

Yes. Peptides and other temperature-sensitive compounds are packed with insulated mailers and gel packs, sized to the destination transit time.

Every product page links to the latest Certificate of Analysis. Historical batches are available on request from our COA database. Reference your batch number printed on the product label.

All compounds are analysed by HPLC for purity and Mass Spectrometry for identity confirmation. Selected products undergo additional testing including residual solvents and water content.

Yes. Independent third-party analysis is performed by UKAS accredited laboratories. We never rely on supplier-provided documentation alone.
